The area
Kavros Seafront is situated in a tiny village of Asproulianos. Just a short walk from the development is Kavros village with all necessary amenities. You will find shops, taverns, bars, bakery, hair dresser, car rental etc. Kavros has also a very good bus connection with Rethymno and Hania.
The village and nearby area offer plenty of possibilities for entertainment during the day and in the evenings: restaurants, live music, cocktail bars as well as sports activities like horse riding, sailing, diving and hiking. Another close village is Georgioupolis which is 4 km away. Formerly a small fishing village Georgioupolis is a well known resort now, with many cafes, taverns and small hotels.
